Requirements of Policy Holders
Figo through Costco will insure any cat or dog that is at least 8 weeks old and with no upper age limits
There is a 6-month waiting period for both hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions
The 6-month waiting period for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions can be waived if the exam/waiver form is completed by a veterinarian within the first 30 days of the policy period, and no pre-existing issues are present

To file a claim with your Figo, you can use the Figo Pet Cloud app to submit your claims directly. Alternatively, you can fax, mail, or email your claim form with invoice(s) within 180 days of treatment.
