Requirements of Policy Holders
To enroll your pet in Pets Best through Progressive, they must be at least 7 weeks old at the time of enrollment
There is no upper age limit for enrollment
There is a 6-month waiting period for cruciate ligaments in most states, except for DE, LA, ME, MS, NE, NH, and WA, where the waiting period for cruciate ligaments is 30 days

You can submit your claims directly to Pets Best Insurance using their online portal. Alternatively, you can submit claims via fax, mail, or email with the invoice(s) within 180 days of treatment.

To cancel a Pets Best pet insurance policy you enrolled in through Progressive, you can contact their customer service team via phone, or you can cancel your policy with your online Customer Account.
